Prema Yoga Studio

Prema Yoga Studio has relocated and the class times have changed, please check the timetable and location sections for the latest information.

I have managed to secure one venue for all classes in 2010 (St Joseph's Centre for Reflective Living). For all classes students will need to bring a blanket, mat and bottled water.

Crystals and Yoga sandals are still available for purchase, please discuss with Hari Das after class.
